Congratulations! You have been assigned to a male body. What would you like to do next?
A. Be succesful, find a good job and earn a lot of money.
B. Just exist within it peacefully.
C. Try at all costs to avoid being materialistic, be altruistic instead.
If you choose A, women will be interested in you, you might find a nice woman, but other woman will say that your girlfriend is only interested in you because of the money.
If you choose B, you will never find a girl, because you have to approach girls, since girls never approach boys, since it is the societal norm that men have to make the first step.
If you choose C, people will say you are a poor loser and you just can't achieve anything in life and it is no wonder you end up in the friend zone. Women don't want you because of your low status.
See? Whatever option you pick, you always lose as a man.
Does this story make sense? No, actually not. It does make as little sense as the fictional game as a woman from the article. Why? Because it is just a generalization, in which all men are the same. In my variation all women are the same. Both is not true. There will be woman who are interested in altruistic men, there will be woman who approach guys. In the same way there will be men who treat you as a decent human being, while you are wearing sexy outfits, there will be men who leave you alone when you pick B. and just want to exist peacefully.
Also there will be men who objectify you and harass you, whatever choice you made and that is because these men do this. It is not about you. In the exact same sense there will be girls in school that make fun of you when you are a nerd and collect pokemon or magic cards. The same girls might also say that another woman might only be married to someone because he is rich. From the existence of these individuals does not follow that all woman are like this. From the existence of molesting men does not follow that all men are molesting and there exists a patriarchy that designs society so that "as a woman you always lose". Arguing in favor of such a point is just the same as frustrated men saying that all women are bitches and it is their fault. It is the same wrong construction about how society works, just from a different gender's perspective.
